Internship Opportunities
The Peppers Ranch Internship Program is a crucial component to our mission to end the cycle of abuse and neglect to children of OKDHS by providing safe, nurturing foster families to care for them during a time of crisis.
Dedicated interns provide countless hours of service to Peppers Ranch to create a lasting impact in the lives of the foster children and families in the community. For interns that give 300+ hours in a semester, we will offer a stipend of $1500 with a $500 bonus for exceptional work. This stipend is only reserved for those who meet the 300+ required hours.
The application process for Peppers Ranch Internship is simple, but it’s important that you are familiar with the process before you submit your application.

Steps to Apply

Fill out the application online to get started on the internship process.

We will review your application and if approved you will be invited to an in person or phone interview.

The interview takes 30 minutes. During this time we will get to know one another and discuss your suitability to the program you have applied for.

Following your interview, you will be informed of your application and interview outcome by email. This generally takes approximately 3 to 5 business days.

Spots are competitive for our internship programs and we ask that successful applicants confirm their places within 7 business days.

This is the exciting part! We will begin working on your schedule and will provide you with all the necessary information that you will need to prepare yourself for a wonderful internship experience at the ranch.
